The interview process consisted of two steps.
First step was an interview with the recruiter person of HR department. We talked about my previous careers experiences, my skills, my pretendings, personality, etcetera... and it was mainly focus on me. We switched the language of our conversation to English to check if I had a good level to fit that the company requires and after that, she offered two available positions.
After this first step I had four more interviews with cm.com teams. This interviews was focused in my technical skills and they were all in English. The manager and a team member of each team were presents in every interview. They asked me a lot of technical questions, how do I manage some situations situations, what tools I had used to do some thing in the past..and so on. It was a very complet interview program.
