The interview process was thorough but not as structured as other companies I interviewed with recently in terms of meeting peers as well as superiors and technical testing. Good process.

The interview process was enjoyable and all virtual for this remote opening. The recruiter was so helpful along the way and always kept me informed as to what to expect next. I ended up having four different calls with different individuals from CLA before an offer was extended.
