Interview process was smooth. Overall the HR portion took longer. I had a phone call with HR. Phone call with staff and then an in person interview. In person was straight forward, lots of questions from staff and then had a tour of the office.

Straight forward process. Initial phone call and two follow up calls before in person interview. Team wants to make sure candidate is a good fit. Questions are mostly technical. However, the team will want to know how candidate operates in a team environment.

I had one interview with CDM Smith. I got an email and call from HR about 2 weeks after I applied online. After initial questions with their HR, I was scheduled to interview the next week with one senior office staff over the phone (I was not a local candidate). The interview was an hour long. They asked me mostly about my current job. how job experience overlapped with their qualification requirements.
