Contacted by a technical recruiter for the company about an opening for environmental planner position asked if I was interested and then asked to do a Skype interview with some regional managers.

No real questions . They went on about my variety of experience in the field and stated that I was overqualified and if I would want to do a job like this ( office based handling permitting ) .
