Screening call. It was a 15 minute call after the online tests. The interview person asked a couple screening questions for eligibility and then some formal questions about the job. The aim was to test whether applicants can speak confidently and are interested in the role

An hour-long interview with two interviewers who are currently working at the ESG team. Use STAR method to tackle competency-based questions. Do some research (core values, products and services, working culture) to tackle motivational-based questions. Do prepare some questions to ask the interviewers in the end. Sometimes the interviewers will ask some follow-up questions if you did not manage to explain them clearly in your first attempt.
