easy and casual. had a phone interview with one of the managers and got tested on language skills. the call lasted for about 20 min. Got the offer same day after the call

Interview
I went in for an in person interview which lasted about 30 mins. The interview process was very straightforward, the hiring manager was very up front about compensation and the jobs details.
Interview process was okay. There is nothing to prepare. The interviewer asked many questions about hypothetical questions on how you approach the problem and communicate to the customers. I can imagine your own growth in this role is very limited.
