Interview
I applied Sunday night. Was called on Monday to come in for an interview on Wednesday. The interview was not really an interview. I think she already knew she wanted to hire me. I originally applied to work in the shoe department but she said that she needed cashiers more. I started work on Thursday and worked almost everyday since then.
Very calm and easy-going. Questions they asked How would you handle an angry customer? or Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you corrected it
Super easy and laid back. A few questions were asked and then I got a start date before leaving at the end. Assessments are required and are not fun but easy.
Excellent and very welcoming. I loved how they communicated get sweetly and were very much helpful. The interview lasted for a very short time. The interviewer made me feel very confident.
