I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burberry (Manchester City Centre, England) in May 2016
Interview
Application is online, and you upload your CV to fill in the blanks quicker. Your submission is then forwarded to HR, then to the relevant managers at the location the job role is. Burberry HR is very efficient within this aspect, if you are successful you should hear from them in either a phone call/email from either the Manager/Supervisor/similar asking for a quick few questions about yourself over the phone - e.g. why did you apply, what is your current position etc. If you pass, you will be invited for a 1:1 interview at the location. The interview lasts approximately 30 mins, starting with basics such as talking about yourself, then moving towards a competency interview. Interviewer had a 4-page print out of questions and space to fill in what was said during interview. Lastly, they finished with some questions about your expected salary and benefits.

The process was quite clear and easy to follow, first a phone call followed by face to face meeting in store. Everyone was quite welcoming and made sure I was relaxed for the interview.

Question 1
Where I would like to go with my career and future aspirations
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Burberry (London, England)
Interview
Had a phone call and video interview the was asked to attend a group interview. When I turned up it was empty and it turned out the HR rep cancelled and didn’t let me know, then when I emailed to ask what was happening she said she’d mistyped my email. She asked me to reschedule which I did, and she said she’d confirm the date and time the same week. I never heard back from her.
Pretty easy going. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it wasn't a "scary" process at all. Nothing came as a surprise and they asked very role/industry-focused questions. It wasn't drawn out either which I appreciated.
