Interview
Started off as a temp summer position, interviewed for that, showed my potential and was hired on the spot, no second interview, just needed to show proper documents from school and previous employers. After filing out the next application for the full time position, was called during summer job to tell me when my orientation date was.

No real tough questions, more or less asking about previous employers and experiences, as well as education, and asking questions about how well I work with others, and how I would handle certain situations.
