You fill out an application online and then you do an assessment. Once I passed the assessment I was invited to interview, I actually interviewed 3 times. Pretty straightforward.

Online only then show up and interview in person — it’s a basic job history and an interview to make sure you’re clean and nice. Definitely start with the website if you are looking for positions. Easy to move around once you’re hired in what they’re looking for.
