I had a disappointing experience during the interview process at Brillio. The first round was scheduled, but the interviewer did not join on time, and the session had to be rescheduled.
When the interview finally took place, the interviewer seemed disinterested and distracted. There were constant disturbances in the background This made it difficult to maintain a professional conversation. I had to repeat my answers several times due to these distractions.
I responded to all the questions thoroughly, but was ultimately rejected without clear feedback. While I understand that not every interview results in an offer, I believe candidates deserve a respectful, focused, and professional experience—something that was lacking in this case.
I hope the company takes this feedback constructively to improve its interview process and candidate experience going forward.
