Interview
The hiring manager was nice and friendly. We had a really productive conversation that lasted for about 20minutes. She asked about what I've been doing in terms of employment and why I want to make a change into a job with Brilliant Earth. She also asked about my strengths and weaknesses.

Also, there is a comment about the 10.5% of $2200 and then you need to go through that process systematically.
Overall quick and painless. Staff were kind and respectful! There was a screening, small assessment, and then interview with department management. The assessment was not too difficult and I felt the whole process was straightforward.

Interview
They were late to the interview, then they asked if I needed to reschedule after them being late. The chat was brief and dull, did not ask much - seemed like they already knew they didn't want to hire me. Upon rejection, I replied to see if I could get feedback on why I was rejected; they never responded. Overall, the experience wasn't too pleasant. I guess I'm glad I didn't join them.
