Interview
This was an internal interview for current staff already working at the Workforce center. Rescare was awarded WFS contract and as a result all contractor staff were allowed opportunity to interview for the positions they currently hold. Interview wasrelaxed and seemed more of an informational conversation on tactics and role of business solutions consultant at ResCare workforce centers.

Interviewer asked for current unemployment rate information to include national, state, and local figures. In addition, asked for how staff deals with barriers to employment and what approaches local staff uses to overcome.
