First interview was thorough, friendly, and very informative. I felt the interview committee asked thoughtful questions and provided useful information for my consideration. The second and third interviews felt more like formalities: one or two interview committee members were constant, while new people (higher in the administration) were introduced at each subsequent interview. The final interview, with the deans present, very much felt like a formality.
