Technical Recruiter approached via Hired then set up a call with the recruiter to discuss background, compensation, and set up an initial zoom meeting with a hiring manager. Then, the initial zoom meeting happened. The feedback was provided, however the usage of certain words need some clarity. It could sound condescending to someone as the words go, "looking for an ideal candidate who has an Extremely Creative Design Approach, " and "Who doesn't need Any Guidance." These words were confusing because it could mean someone's extremely not creative and the interview didn't involve any part that I needed guidance for decision making in my work.
