Was contacted via email to set up a phone call between me and a recruiter. The call was less of an interview and more a conversation about my experience, information about the company, why I wanted to work there, salary expectations, etc.. I was then emailed a design project and had no time limit to complete it. I submitted it and then was contacted about a week later telling me that I did not get the job.
