Very easy and fast. Very quick on response for the next steps. Dexterity test was tricky but don’t let the nerves get to you once pass that you’ve the job.
Previous factory experience an advantage as well as shift work.Examples of Team work, achieving targets and integrity are esdential using the STAR method.

Interview
Very long but fast process - phone screen, compute test, dexterity test, interview with recruitment agency and Boston scientific supervisor, pre employment medical. Overall quite a long process for a production operator role but can be completed within a week.
Aptitude test: basic English and maths- Dexterity test: putting small rods into small holes (in threes) - Interview 2 people asking you questions onsite at the factory- Medical: Hearing / eyesight / Urine test.
