I had a quick phone screen with a recruiter that covered salary and basic job details. Then, I had an interview with the research leads where they asked me about my relevant experiences, a few behavioral questions, and what the job entailed. After the interview I got an email directing me to provide four references (at least two professional) to complete a survey. After this was completed and I did not receive any updates on my application status. I inquired with the recruiter about two weeks later and never got a response.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself? How familiar are you with research and literature reviews?
I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital (Boston, MA)
Interview
Pretty short, mainly about the responsibilities of the job. Most of the questions were behavioral questions, gave enough time for you to ask questions about the job. Just one person
Very poorly handled, outsourced recruiting to a recruiter who knew nothing about the role. Was ghosted whenever I reached out, and ultimately, all emails went ignored by the team. Also did reference check before final round which was very awkward.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital
Interview
They had me give my references before the third round. It was a really awkward experience and then even worse when I got rejected. Interviews were straight forward enough and not too difficult. Prepare stories +weaknesses/strengths
