There were several rounds of interviews including a interview with a recruiter, followed by lightning-round interview where you meet with 3 people for 15 minutes at a time, these people are mostly volunteers who have been with the form for at least 6 months and work in the capability you're interested in. The next interview is more like a group interview that takes place rather informally following the lighting-interviews. This is a typical style for people being recruiter by the firm through colleges and universities.

Quick call with a recruiter then a panel interview with 2 members of the team. Over all great experience and nice interview process. The team members were great and spoke very highly of the company and the team.

The interview was a one hour phone interview due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Two teams of two people each took 30 minutes to ask questions. Neither team was listening for the other teams questions. Neither team repeated any questions and both teams asked question about different topics.
