Initial phone interview with discussion of high level experience, primarily asked about who the customer was, how my position helped the company I was working for in the past. My experience with DoD clients, and knowledge of compliance strategies I had followed or utilized with each position I held. After the phone interview, they conducted a panel interview through a video teleconference where my Security skills and experience was discussed by each member. Other aspects were also discussed about my work style, interests objectives in acquiring this position and hobbies. Finally I was physically brought in for a 1 on 1 interview with the same team members who had interviewed me via teleconference via panel interview.

Recruiter set up a panel interview with 4-5 people. During the interview they were grilling me on foundational security, and multiple case interview. A lot of technical questions, and no behavior. Roughly around 20+ questions, which relevant to the role. I enjoy the process since I dislike "Describe the time" STAR format.

Given scenario where you worked with a direct client and you stuck. What would you do?
Interview was very smooth, recruiter and hiring team were very communicative and genuine. They answered any and all questions and never once made me feel uncomfortable. I had a phone screening, and one 30 minute zoom interview.
Smooth , asked me a ton of questions on what tools I’ve used in the past and how i used them to solve problems. They also asked when was a time a had a conflict with a co worker and how i solved It
