There was a test to check common knowledge of English. In it, they asked for a write up of 250 words and questions which checked basic English. Then one round of interview and finally an interview with the CEO. The interview questions surrounded the background and why in applying for this job.

First an HR round, which is fairly simple. Then meet the Director of the company. There a long Q&A happens. But a pleasant experience. And then got a written test to do. It took me 1.5 hours to finish that. A week later I was called to take details such as references, and in 2 days received the offer letter.
