The interview process was rigorous. It consisted of a one hour presentation where I discussed my background and experience highlighting skillset, experience and accomplishments. The one hour presentation was followed by four 30 minute one-on-one interviews with each panelist. Questions ranged from highly technical to soft-skills topics.

Question 1
Evaluate notional design problem and propose solutions.
15 min phone interview with HR rep, 45 min technical phone call with hiring manager, panel interview with presentation with team about yourself and past projects. Seemed like a laidback type of interview with the first two phone calls. Simple Q/A.

Question 1
Step 1) HR: Standard HR type of questions, non-technical. Step 2) Technical: Asked questions about past experience from resume- why and how. What is a profile tolerance and when would you apply it to a component? When would you conduct an FEA study and how would you set it up?

Days later there was a phone interview where I was asked typical "Why Blue" questions as well as others about my design process and design considerations for a specific application
