For a company that is supposed to focus on helping employers improve their talent attraction and retention, BIG seems to not have mastered how to do that as an employer. Poor communication, ghosting, and little to no information is provided regarding the hiring process. I also find it disrespectful to string candidates along when the decision has long been made.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and are always open to learning how we can improve. However, we were surprised by your comments, as we have not been interviewing for employer brand consultant roles in recent months.
That said, we understand how important clear and respectful communication is throughout the hiring process. We continuously strive to refine our practices to ensure every candidate feels informed and valued.
If you would like to share more details about your experience or any additional feedback, we encourage you to reach out directly at sparker@bluivygroup.com. She will always appreciate your feedback and take learnings as opportunities for us to further improve. We remain committed to creating positive experiences for all.
