Behavioral, then PM scenario question, then a presentation of a thing you worked on to the team that you would work with. Then they asked questions and you answered them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Block in Nov 2025
Interview
Block handled this very sloppily. They first reached out to arrange a time to do HR screening. Then, when I showed up at the online meet, the recruiter didn't show up.
She later then sent an email apologizing and saying that she would reschedule. She never did and only responded after I did two follow-ups, saying she will get back to me.
Then, she sent an email saying that it was great chatting with me (which we never did) and that they would continue with another candidate :)
Obviously, it is fine to reject candidates and I am sure there were better candidates out there. Yet, the unprofessionalism of the recruiter was outstanding.
