I feel compelled to share my experience with Blazeclan. Post clearing my interview rounds and after I provided them with the requested proof of resignation from my past employer, they flipped on my expected compensation, benefits, work from home, and contract terms, quite different from their initial agreed-upon commitments. Since I had resigned from my past employer, I accepted their revised terms as well; however they kept my profile on-hold and no show afterwards. This unprofessional conduct is something entirely unprecedented in my career. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!
