Great interview, for one days I thought I would get the job because they were too kind, polite and excited about my experience.
Even I didn’t get it, I really enjoyed the interview
There was a knowledge test involving reading plans, details and specifications to answer questions, which took about an hour. The second hour was comprised of the formal interview, where they graded the test and told you the score.

Aside from a few common questions, the conversation pivoted which allowed me to tell my story and why I was passionate about the industry. It was a very relaxed discussion on company culture what how they are growing.
