There are four rounds of interviews in all -
Round 1- Telephonic Round - This round specifically is HR round where they enquire about our experience, skills, qualifiaction and competencies.
Round 2- Technical Round - Technical Round is taken by the Department heads where they enquire more specifically regarding the past work experience and also how is it relevant to the current role in the organization.
Round 3 - Group Discussion/Presentation/Case Study - In this round either a group discussion or a spot presentation on any topic or a case study related to correspondig department or job role
Round 4 - Personality Test - Testing Attitude and orientation
Round 5 - Negotiation Round - Salary is Negotiated in this round
