Initial phone screen with the recruiter, moved onto HM, and then 3 members of the team.
Overall, great people through the process and I felt like I could ask candid questions and receive honest answers.

Question 1
I was asked to go over relevant experience to the job, what I look for in a work space/environment, and my overall career goals.
First interview a brief screening against the job spec. Approx 30 minute call. 2nd stage a video interview, again very standard questions against skills. Didn’t get much of an opportunity to elaborate or go into any depth on anything, despite being 2nd stage . Very basic questions .
