Very lengthy interview process. I applied online. The process took 5 weeks, so be prepared. I’d be sure to apply to other places in the meantime, so you’re not hoping for one company to get back to you. Roughly 5-6 interviews in total including phone screenings. I was supposed to have a half day interview but mine were broken up into 30 min segments. Mostly questions about how to handle difficult customers and what steps you take to do that. This isn’t like most customer service jobs as it seems your role will be more hands on and taking a lot of responsibilities. Went several days/weeks without communication so I was left in the dark, had to reach out several times just to stay in the loop. Felt as though I may have been strung along and they had their decision a while before I heard from anyone. Just wish I had more communication and I wasn’t the one facilitating to get information.

Applied online, got an e-mail back to schedule a phone call interview. Then was proceeded to ask to fill out a questionnaire and schedule a Zoom meeting with three other members from the team.

Question 1
Do you have any experience playing/developing mobile games?
Took a while but totally worth it. Interviewers ask some really engaging questions and you will get a vibe for the team pretty quick. Just be honest, be yourself, and ask questions. Like any interview, they are also pitching themselves.
