I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bentley Systems (Kraków) in Sept 2022
Interview
The process started with an HR interview and there they asked my salary expectations and then my authorization to work in Poland. Then there was an interview with the team lead and a senior member from the UK and they were lovely people and the interview was rather friendly conversion between us and I passed the interview and received the job offer. Unfortunately, the issues started afterwards. Even though they asked me a salary range in the beginning they offered me a salary quite lower then we agreed upon. I do not think it is an acceptable behavior. It should be on my discretion to continue process if the salary range is lower or does not match what I asked. That way we wont waste our times. When I asked the reason behind they said the reason was the job is in Poland but my salary was negotiated beginning according to UK benchmark.

Great and personable. Clear and concise questions. Really paid attention and there was no real judgement it was a conversation rather than an interview. One stage and then an offer
