Processus bien ficelé, énormément de questions mais pas de pièges si on est bien préparé. C'est un excellent employeur et les RH sont à son image. Ils garantissent l'égalité des chances, la non discrimination, la parité, le choix des méthodes (STAR ou bâtons rompus) ainsi que le poids des mots tant qu'au choc des photos.

Interview
Applied and had contact within one day. Answered an email questionnaire and was asked to come in for an interview. Met with the President and Vice President, chatted about my experience, and was given a tour of the facility. Lasted about an hour.
