I applied online and was invited to come in person.. The Bcba was a bit dry and had someone training shadow my interview. It was awkward as the trainee was to my side and the Bcba was in front of me. BCBA was dry and unwelcoming compared to Bcbas I have worked with.

The interview process was very easy. I was asked about my availability and provided expectations regarding the position. They had options for in home and a center. The job description explained the job duties. They let me know there was a virtual training and then field training after that.

straightforward and quick. asked for availibity and for drivers license and autoinsurance. Also what if i had any previous experience with children. there was an initial phone call then a virtual interview was scheduled

It was a straightforward and fun interview. She had me role-play different situations that could come up with kids. She also explained the role and the benefits. We went through availability.
