Le processus commence par un appel téléphonique avec RH. Après, il faut passer un entretien avec 2 senior consultants de l'entreprise. Au troisième, il y aura une étude de cas à traiter et à présenter. Le dernier, passer un entretien avec un partenaire de l'équipe.

I just had the first interview and it was simple, it was 30mins of general questions about my cv and motivation. the whole process is composed of around 5 rounds in Germany and should take a couple of months to finish.

Why BP? Why consulting? Explain the gap in your CV.
Videocall mit HR + Partner, vorhab fand ein kurzes Telefonat mit HR statt um gegenseitige Erwartungen abzustimmen und einen Termin für den Videocall zu vereinbaren. Im Videocall ging es dann darum sich gegenseitig besser kennenzulernen und meine Motivation für die Stelle herauszufinden. Nach einer Woche habe ich eine Rückmeldung erhalten.
