The selection process consists of three rounds. The first round is an aptitude test designed to assess analytical and problem-solving skills. The second round is a technical interview to evaluate domain knowledge and technical expertise. The final round is an HR interview focusing on personality, communication skills, and cultural fit. After successfully completing all three rounds, the final decision regarding selection will be communicated.
