Seasonal position. Was hired at the end of group interview along with everyone else. Interview was 25 mins, assistant manager asked a question and we all took turns answering. They had us pretend sell, to the assistant Manager, a product from the store to see our skills at hands on sales
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.

Explain a difficult situation and how you navigated it.
They ask a few questions about why you want to work there and the store and stuff like that and regarding products you may like. It was pretty chill and just try your best and it will go well

Friendly, laid-back interview process. Mine was one-on-one, but I know they do group interviews from time to time. Picked out my favorite thing in the store and did a sales pitch for it during the interview.
