The interview lasted 5 minutes & we stood the whole time. I was surprised with the ease of it, but this might have been a red flag that they aren't very picky about who they hire.

Brief interview and straight to the point, they let me know if I got the job on the same day and also offered me a competitive pay. They ask personal questions to get to know you and your knowledge of spritits, liquors and wines. As well as what knowledge you have of their restaurant
