I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Baptist Health South Florida (Kendall, FL) in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview started with a screening by a recruiter. Very friendly, no pressure-- just the basics of myself and my goals. I mentioned the department I was most interested in, and she very quickly scheduled me a general interview with the hospital. I was given several skills and priority questions, which I felt were common sense. Finally, my third interview was with the specific department with more clinical questions. The atmosphere through all three rounds of interviews was very relaxed and all of the employees were friendly.
