I was invited to take a phone interview after applying online for this position. I researched the company values and mission statement and expressed my enthusiasm for learning more with the recruiter, but I believe she wasn't interested in hearing it. I ultimately feel like every other word went in one ear and right out the other. At the end of the interview she mentioned very rudely, "You will hear a response either by phone or email", and abruptly hung up on me. About two weeks later I received a general non-selection email. Very negative experience with an unprofessional recruiter; I will not be wasting my time to apply to this company again.
