Interview
First was a group interview about 15 potential employees. It was a presentation on what Bankers does target employees and potential pay. It ended with a personality test and question weather or not candidate would be interested in going forward with interview process.
Second Interview was one on one with hiring manager, along with a profile of your scores from the personality test. The interview questions were straight forward and fairly easy.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
