I was sent an e-mail after passing an assessment test online, to attend a group interview.
My group was composed of 8-10 people, and there were managers from different branches present. The interview was pretty basic; they asked for a run-down of your resume and why you would be qualified for the position. After the questions, general rundown, role play and questions, they asked a few people to stay (including me!) to ask some more questions.

I applied online for several locations around my area about a month ago. I had a telephone interview with a recruiter today. It lasted about 10 minutes. After that I was scheduled a interview with the branch manager for tomorrow morning. I am nervous but excited at the same time.

I applied online on Monday receive a call from a recruiter on Wednesday interviewed Friday. And was offered the position about 2 weeks later. When u apply online you have to take a tryout about dealing with customer and listening.
