I applied online. I interviewed at Banfield Pet Hospital
Interview
The interview was in-person just like regular phone interviews. They first ask you to introduce yourself and describe your experiences. Then, they ask about certain skills like catheter placement, blood draw, and surgery monitoring. I think it lasted about 20-30 minutes.

Panel Interview - if you care about pets and can present yourself in a realistic and down to earth manner you'll do fine.
Usually it is practice managers or lead vet techs that will lead the interview. For mine it was 2 P.M and sone one from corporate. Questions were incredibly generic. Always ask a follow up question, for example, what types of pets do you have?
