Interview
The interview process begins with submitting a resume and online application, you are then contacted by a recruiter to have a phone interview scheduled. The person conducting the interview on the phone called exactly when they said they would. The interview took about 30 minutes. Consisted of behavioral and experience questions.
half-day interviews with managers and team members. was a little fromal but not heavily so, there was an intelligence test at the end which I thought was a little weird. They used an outside recruiting firm to bring on a large group of IT people

Easy interview. Basic coding questions. You will meet with the team and be asked to code with them. Then you will meet with a manager for a less formal interview.
