I emailed them about job openings, three minutes later (it was unreal how fast they called me back haha), they called me back and wanted an immediate interview so I was interviewed a few hours later on the phone. That must have been a preliminary interview. Contacted me the next business day and they wanted me to come in person to take some written tests. First test was about some basic competency test like vocabulary and basic math problems. Second test was a personality test. Third test was written scenario about emailing a client where you've met the deadline but you cannot meet their expectations, even though the expectations were unrealistic. So you have to write a fake letter to this client about why you couldn't meet their expectations. The last test was about writing a few scripts (in C). I rather not discuss what the programs were about but it was nothing too difficult. You don't even need the code to work though, they just look over it so they can see your thought process. They don't even compile your code. That's all the hiring process entailed, for me at least.
