Was asked to do a telephone interview but I was very sick at that time so I postponed it to a face to face interview, and I was blessed to be interviewed with one of the HR Manager in Calgary. Got my offer later that afternoon.

-What you think the strategies for selling a banking product
-Was given with three daily banking and workplace scenarios, asked to provide answers on how to solve them.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
