It was a two-round interviews. First round was talking with outsourcing recruiting officer. Very basic questions, discussed about the skills and background of mine. I think the purpose of this round interview was to defined the most suitable position for candidate.
The second round interview was to talk with the manager in the Corporate real estate department. There were few questions being asked. Most of time was discussing what does the position look like in a daily working environment. During the conversation, I believe the manger was looking at the feedback I gave among all the skills she was saying. If you are quite familiar with all the skills, you will be in a good shape. If not, better to discuss with the relevant experience/skills you have. But, DO understand the knowledge/skills she was saying first!
