There was a telephone interview by HR and then a formal interview by the Director of the department. They interviewed potential candidates before posting the role openly. There are few issues with booking meeting rooms and I was relocated couple times during the interview. The Director is passionate about his book of business and is approachable.

The interview consisted of approximately five behavioral questions and lasted around 30 minutes. It was conducted through their HR website, which was well-organized, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. In the end you can also submit any questions you may have.

Interview with Program Delivery Manager. Discussed background and qualifications. Discussed project management work with previous employers. Discussed start date and hourly rate. Was informed that the interview process would complete in another week although I received the offer the same week.
