I had 2 telephonic interviews with one of the Vice Presidents about 10 days apart and then with the head of HR. These were all arranged over email. The history of the company and the line of business were provided. The job responsibilities, goals and performance objectives for the department the position would oversee were clearly explained. The existing obstacles were detailed as well. I also received a synopsis of approaches to the obstacles that the company would be open to consider.
