Applied for the role on BBC careers website. Took sometime to get back to me about being shortlisted for the interview. Interview was at office 5min walk from Oxford Circus and role would be located there too. Despite central London location, max salary range was £35k for a senior role. Not sure what has happened to London allowance being even considered for salary ranges in this day and age. Interview was with 2 people.
Human resources overall not great. Long time to reply to emails and also no contact phone number provided.
Online interview held with the team, as part of the first stage interview, you were asked a series of questions about the overall BBC values.
Second stage interview focused more on the specifics of the role, and how you matched this versus the job spec.

In-person interview. Lasted about an hour. Questions around the company's values and how your experience relates to the job. Went well or so I thought but I've been ghosted since. Emailed the talent acquisition supervisor twice since asking for an update/feedback but have been ignored. Very disappointing considering it's the BBC and was an actual in-person interview.
