Applied online, got a call from HR Rep within a few days for an initial phone interview. Didn't hear back for almost a week so I called the particular branch to follow up. After that they set me up with a face to face the very next day. That went well with typical interview questions, heard back the next day to set up a final round interview with the manager on the phone. Again, this went well with questions about experience and background as well as personal goals. Got a call the following day from the original HR Rep with an offer of employment.

Phone interview with recruiter was pleasant. When the actual interview with the branch manager and regional was taken place, it felt as if I was having a conversation and not as an interview.

I applied for this position on a Friday, and received a call to come in for an interview that following Tuesday. I met with the Supervisor and the Branch Manager. After that interview I received a call to meet with the district manager. I received a call a couple hrs later with a verbal offer.

Interview is in depth and very good information is shared. The interviewer shared a great deal of information about the company. You interview generally with an employee that likely was in your role. Also the interviewer is likely to be the person that you would be reporting to or reporting to someone at the same level in the organization.
