The interview was face-to-face and the studio's entry is quite tricky to find and there were no directions or business name display anywhere. Took me about 25 minutes to figure out. Lucky the way I am, I reached 30 mins earlier which I spent figuring out the studio and it's entry. I tried calling reception and no answer. Finally upon reaching the place, very cold greeting and the interviewer mentioning that it is difficult to locate the studio and others find it difficult too. If they are aware of the issue already, would have been beneficial to add some notes in the interview invite. I met with Renee who was extremely cold and barely showed interest in asking any questions. She wrapped up the interview in 15 minutes and I tried building conversation with her which she seemed quite uninterested at. The role to be filled was her current position and it is common knowledge that it might be a conflict of interest and the studio director should have been the one interviewing. The whole commute was not even worth the chat. Renee showed a glimpse of how the organisation will be and it is not something want to be a part of.
